CNC Machining Case - Custom Wood Guitar Neck
Solid maple wood can be carved into the bodies and necks of electric guitars. CNC mill uses a milling cutter to create a set of four necks out of maple wood or other wood materials. Following milling, each neck is fretted, which refers to the process of inserting metal strips called frets into the wood. Sanding, finishing with a lacquer made of nitrocellulose, and lastly mounting them onto a guitar body are the subsequent phases in the manufacturing process.
A large range of pre-carved, unfinished acoustic guitar necks is offered here. We produce necks according to a reasonable schedule and based on customer orders.
