Our Machining Case Scope
CNC turning parts machining, sheet metal fabrication service. Our company’s products have no sharp edges. Chamfered holes and screw holes make assembly easier (Under no indication). Each product has its own process card and process chart, and the craftsmanship of all parts we machined is strictly controlled. Every experienced operator must double-check the program, drawing, SOP, and tools before proceeding; operators must run FA to qualify before mass production; operators must check every measure once one setup is completed to avoid parts scrap in the end. If you are unfamiliar with the material, surface treatment, or something else, please tell us your requirements, and we will make appropriate recommendations. When your design is found to be inadequate, advice will be given during the machining process. In any case, the decision to follow the recommendations is ultimately yours.
CNC Machining Case – Custom Aluminum Keyboard PCB Plate
For small batch: we will use 3D printing and CNC processing to produce, which is the fastest and cheapest way. 3D printing is a very popular manufacturing process recently. It is an ideal choice for parts with complex internal structure. However, CNC is still the most mainstream processing method of aluminum keyboard shell, because it is fast, accurate and stable.
For mass production: the use of die casting technology can greatly reduce your costs. Of course, this requires a minimum order quantity, because the manufacturing of die casting dies is also a big expense. Even if the internal space is more complex, the die castings can also be stably mass produced. After die-casting, CNC processing is required for secondary processing, such as deburring, threaded hole drilling, etc. After that, anodizing or other surface treatment shall be carried out.
