Other bad keys are tested in the same way. The test result is that these bad keys will not be triggered when pressed, but can be triggered by touching the pin with tweezers, indicating that it is indeed a shaft problem, which can be solved by changing the shaft.

-After disassembling the keyboard, I noticed that the shafts are all welded tripod shafts. That is to say, it is necessary to purchase an electric soldering iron set. -Learn to moisten the shaft. Different shafts have different methods of moistening the shaft. For example, paragraph shafts generally do not moisten the contact points and small corners. Linear shafts are not all moistened. There are thin and thick moistening, but there are no fixed rules. How to moisten depends on your own choice. All these need to do well in advance, and at least have a preliminary understanding.

Steps For Modifying The Keyboard

1.First remove the original high special red shaft on the keyboard, and pay attention that the electric soldering iron should not stay on the pins for too long. After the original solder joint melts, quickly use a tin suction device to remove it. If the hand is slow, the solder joint will solidify again.

-After removal, the red shaft is completely removed, and the pin hole is clearly visible.

-Clean the motherboard after disassembly, and then power on again. All contacts were tested with tweezers, and they were normal. There was no place burned by the electric soldering iron

-There is still tin left on the shaft foot, and the broken shaft has been thrown away. The remaining intact shaft can be reused when the keyboard is assembled in the future.
